🔁 RETURN POLICY

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:

🎥 BOX OPENING VIDEO (MANDATORY)

To process any return request, a box opening video is strictly required.

• The video must be recorded from the moment the package is first opened and continue uninterrupted until the full unboxing is completed.
• The video must clearly show the parcel, invoice, product, and any visible damage or defect.
• Return requests without a box opening video will not be accepted.

✅ VALID REASONS FOR RETURN

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective (e.g. broken, cracked, or not functioning properly).
• The delivered product is incomplete (missing parts or incorrect quantity).
• You received a wrong product, size, color, or an expired item.
• The product does not match the description, images, or specifications shown on our website.

⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products.
• Sale, promotional, or clearance items.
• Hygiene-related products (e.g. feeders, teethers, brushes, etc.).
