💰 REFUND POLICY

The time required to process your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method used.
The refund timeline begins once Baby panda Shop initiates the refund process.

The refund amount will include the value of the returned product and any applicable shipping charges, as per policy.

🔄 TYPES OF REFUNDS

Baby Panda Shop processes refunds under the following categories:

Return-Based Refund
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (QC), the refund will be processed.
Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return a product.

Cancelled Order Refund
If an order is successfully cancelled, the refund process will be initiated automatically.

Failed Delivery Refund
The refund process will begin once the item is returned to our seller.
Depending on your location, this process may take additional time.

📦 CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, clean, and free from any defects.
• The product must include all original items such as tags, user manual, warranty card, invoice, free gifts, and accessories.
• The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging or box.
• If the product was delivered i Baby Panda Shop packaging, that packaging must also be returned.
• Do not place tape, stickers, or labels directly on the manufacturer’s packaging or box.

📝 IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please clearly mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid processing delays.
• When handing over the package to a drop-off station or pickup agent, collect the Baby Panda Shop Return Acknowledgement Receipt and keep it for future reference.
